Vodafone Ghana Music Award (VGMA) board lifted their ban on the two dancehall giants, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
This decision was taken at the inaugural meeting of the 22nd VGMA Board held on 28th January, 2021 as stated in their press release.
Stonebwoy has reacted to the release issued by the VGMA Board.
According to the “1GAD” crooner, the VGMA Board should have met with them or their reps.

Dear VGMA Board & Scheme organisers,I hear the purpose of the VGMA is to celebrate and project Ghanaian musicians and music. If that is so, it takes nothing from you to meet with us the artistes/ our reps b4 reaching decisions that affect us and communicating them to the public. pic.twitter.com/4hnx7irqVE
